Can't use your credit card? - We can do that too.

If you cannot use your credit card you can use this Money Order payment form to provide us with the name and address where you would like to have your package sent. We'll send it out the same day you make your order too and your package will arrive by U.S. Mail in just 2 to 3 business days. We've been doing this for years and we're the only company in the world that will send out the product before you pay.

Here's what you do:

Go to the Post Office and purchase a Postal Service Money Order for $53.05. That's "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" for $49.00 + $4.05 for Priority Mail postage for a total of $53.05. For the "Buy 2 Get 2 Free" make your Money Order for $71.05 which is $67.00 + $4.05 for postage.

Then, after you have purchased the Money Order enter the serial number from the Money Order in the space provided below as well as the "Post Office Number" from the Post Office where you bought the Money Order. Both of these numbers will appear on the front of the Money Order.

Important note: You still have to send the Money Order to us after your package arrives but this way you can get your test kit right away instead of having to send the Money Order first and by using this form we know for sure you've got the Money Order before we send out the product. If you would like to send your check or Money Order beforehand instead of using this form you can also do that too by sending your payment to the following address and your package will be shipped to you the same day your correspondence arrives. Please be sure to include your complete shipping information when sending your payment. You can also call us if you would like to pay with a Money Order and use the "Hold at UPS" option too and we'll be happy to find a pickup location near you.

E mail and phone number are not required but we urge you to provide as much information as possible so we can make your shopping experience complete. For example we like to send you your tracking number from the postal service so you can know your package is on its way, and if you don't provide an e mail address we cannot send the tracking number.
